On the second day of trade with the rights of Eurohold Bulgaria AD a total of 149 908 of them changed hands at prices ranging between 0.008 and 0.2 each.

Eurohold Bulgaria is planning to increase its capital from 50.002 mln leva to 62.503 mln leva through the issuance of 12.5 mln common, registered, dematerialized shares with a face value of 1 lev and emission value of 3.35 leva.

The increase will be realized through the issuance of 50.003 mln rights, each of which will entitle to the subscription of 0.25 of the new shares (the proportion being 4:1). The code assigned to the emission is R1EUBG.

The rights can be traded no later than May 28 and the final date for subscription of shares from the capital increase is June 20, 2007. The date of the auction for unused rights is June 5, 2007.

It was announced today that the main shareholder in Eurohold Bulgaria AD – Bulgarian Holding Company AD has used all its rights (64% of the total rights issued) for the subscription of shares from the capital increase.

Today a total of 35 271 Eurohold Bulgaria shares changed hands at an average of 3.39 leva which is an increase of 0.89% against yesterday prices.
