Net 1H profit of Hydraulic Elements and Systems Yambol (

) increased 9% to 1.804 mln leva (922,370 euros), or 0.595 leva per share, compared with 1.659 mln leva (848,233 euros), or 0.547 leva per share a year ago, shows the company's report filed with the BSE.

Total revenues grew 12.3% to 25.88 mln leva (13.232 mln euros). Costs also increased – by 12.5% to 23.97 mln leva (12.255 mln euros).

HES incresed capital from 2.62 mln leva (1.339 mln euros) to 3.032 mln leva (1.550 mln euros) by issuing 419,173 common shares with a face value of 1 lev and issue value of 19.75 leva.

In a successful subscription HES raised 8.146 mln leva from the subscription of 412,462 shares.

In Q2 the company finalized the price negotiations with its biggest client - Palfinger. The negotiated higher prices are valid 1 April 2007 through end of 2007.

Main shareholders are Stara Planina Hold AD controlling 73.73% of the capital and SlavyanaAD with 9.58%.
