With regards to the secondary public offering of shares from the capital of Lomsko Pivo AD and the decision of its principal shareholder to sell 20% of the company’s capital, Enemona AD, the principal shareholder in AgroInvest Engineering AD, controlling 99% of Lomsko Pivo AD’s capital has decided to hold a closed mixed auction for the sell-off of the shares, BSE reported.

900 000 shares with a face value of 1 lev will be offered at the auction and the minimum price will be announced shortly before the beginning of the auction.

BenchMark and Post Bank’s evaluation of the price is 2.23 leva.

It is expected that the company will file its prospectus with the Financial Supervision Commission towards end of June.

Lomsko Pivo is planning to invest a total of 800 000 leva during 2007. At the moment the company’s capital stands at 4.5 mln leva. Agro Invest Engineering is the principal shareholder controlling 98.33% of the capital while Enemona AD controls 99.98% of the capital of AgroInvest Engineering.

In March alone Lomsko Pivo sold 6 177 hectoliters of beer and sales since the beginning of the year amount to 14 052 hectoliters.
