The public offering will be held under the book-building method, between December 10 and 14. Another 8.5 mln shares, or 5% may be offered in addition.
The price will be announced on the next day – December 15. Trade is scheduled to start December 17.
Central Cooperative Bank is the authorized intermediary. The newly established company will include the following enterprises – Zarneni Hrani Trade, Chimimport Agrochemicals Sofia, Zarneni Hrani – Valchi Dol, Bek International, Zora-Ruse, Prima Agrohim-Dobrich, and Zarneni Hrani Balchik.
The newly-established company will unite the grain business if Chimimport. Its capital will stand at 170.786 mln leva (87.321 mln euros).
