Bulgarian Property Development plans to build a total of 27 two-storey houses in traditional Bulgarian style, situated on a total area of 17,112 sq.m in the village of Rudnik, the company told Profit.bg.

There will be three types of houses - 103 sq m, 128 sq m and 136 sq m. The plot, where the luxurious complex will be built, is already in regulation and has an approved detailed site development plan.

The complex will be situated near a forest and close to the main road Varna-Bourgas, only 9 km away from the beach.

Each of the houses will have its own swimming pool, 24-hour security guard and maintenance, area of greenery with zones for relaxation and barbecue, and many additional extras.

Bulgarian Property Development is currently implementing two other projects - in the village of Yunetz and in the village of Golitza. Recently the company began to build complexes in Varna’s Zelenika area and in the village of Benkovski.
