35 transactions involving a total of 27,111 shares of Bulgarian River Shipping were made on the third day of the series of open auctions for the sell-off of 25.21% from the capital of the company.

Total turnover reached 4.88 mln leva, prices ranged between 180.00 and 181.00 leva/share. 50,000 shares were offered in today’s auction.

A total of 58,070 shares were purchased for 10.485 mln leva in the first three days of the auctions.

The last two auctions will be held tomorrow and on Friday. Investors will be able to make only limited bids in these auctions which will be valid in the day of the auction. No market bids will be accepted. The minimum price has been set at 180.00 leva/share.

Bulgarian River Shipping AD-Rose will hold a general shareholders’ meeting 21 May 2007 which is expected to vote a proposal to increase the company’s capital.

The proposal is to increase the company’s capital from the current 1.158 mln leva to 28.959 mln leva via the issuance of 27.8 mln new shares with a face value of 1.00 leva each using own funds. Thus each shareholder will receive 24 shares for free.

Bulgarian River Shipping reported a profit of 1.33 mln leva for the first quarter of the versus 296 000 leva for the previous year.

35 shares on this position changed hands today at 182.00 – 184.35 leva/share.
