On 14 June (Thursday) an open auction will be held on BSE-Sofia at which a total of 363 838 unused rights for subscription of shares from the capital increase of Hydraulic Elements and Systems-Yambol will be offered, BSE announced.

The company intends to increase its capital from 2.62 mln leva to 3.039 mln leva via the issuance of 419,000 shares with a face value of 1 lev and emission value of 19.75 leva.

Net revenues from the IPO after all costs are paid are expected to amount to 8.148 mln leva.

Hydraulic Elements and Systems AD-Yambol posted net sales revenues in the amount of 17.196 mln leva for the first four months of the year or 13.18% up compared with the 15.193 mln leva for the respective period last year.

Net pfrofit towards 30 April stands at 1.257 mln leva against 936,000 leva a year ago.

Before the capital incresae procedure was started Stara Planina hold controlled 73.73% of the capital and Slavyana AD had 9.58%.

75 shares changed hands on the position today at 25.99 leva/share.
