6.5 rights entitle to the subscription of 1 new share at an issue price of 11 leva. Chimimport is planning a capital increase from 130 mln leva (66.467 mln euros) to 150 mln leva (76.693 mln euros), which means the company may raise some 220 mln leva (112.484 mln euros).
The rights will be traded till 21 September, the auction for the unused rights will be held October 2. The deadline for subscription of shares is 17 October.
CB UniCredit Bulbank and CB Central Cooperative Bank are the bourse members servicing the capital increase procedures.
The company's stock was traded at levels between 14.10 leva and 14.20 leva today.
