Investors and builders of the complex plan to build an asphalted road to each of the structures in the complex and to Bulgaria Blvd., which provides easy access to Plovdiv’s downtown, Trakia highway and the exits of the city.
The complex will consist of 19 5-floor buildings, 15 of the A type with 25 apartments each, and 4 of B type with 50 apartments each. Each building will be equipped with underground garages, and the apartments will be from 40 sq m in area (studios), to 70-75 sq m (one bedrooms), and 100-120 sq m (two bedrooms).
Investors also plan to build a 5,000 sq m park in the complex, as well as a shopping street, children’s playgrounds, sport facilities, fast food restaurants, spa center, fitness club, etc.
The first stage of Maritsa Gardens is expected to be completed in March 2008, and the whole complex is expected to be ready in December 2010.
