GPS Control, a unit of Eurohold Bulgaria, is a launching a new project aiming at European activity expansion, BSE reports.

On 15 October the company opened its first office in Milan, Italy, which will be mainly responsible for coordinating the activity of Italian distributors and the headquarters in Sofia.

GPS Control will introduce the FIXY system to Italy. The system allows control and surveillance on autoparks. GPS Control has already developed and operates a special server in Italy, connected to the on-duty center in Bulgaria.

The company took part in the international fair Logitec between 4 – 6 October in Milan, where it attracted a lot of attention and signed its first contracts with Italian distributors.

GPS Control expects revenue from activity in Italy to grow at a 3 to 5 times faster pace than on the Bulgarian market. The next offices will be opened in Rome and Greece.

GPS Control will work in close cooperation with another Eurohold unit - Euroins (

) , with the aim of introducing competitive insurance packages on the Italian market.

Erohold Bulgaria shares have dropped 4.23% so far today, to an average of 7.93 leva/share.
