Advance IPO has gathered more than 5 mln leva in the first few days of its existence. According to Karoll Capital Management this is an absolute record for a collective scheme in Bulgaria.

Mots investors so far are natural persons, pension funds have also expressed a lot of interest. The public offering of units started November 23.

Advance IPO has started the set up of its portfolio. The fund has already submitted its order for participation in the IPO of Enemona, it will participate in the privatization of Romanian Transgas, as well as in the IPO of the second largest bank in Slovenia – Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor.

“The IPO segment in Central and Eastern Europe will be very active in December. Taking into account the specific focus of the fund, the portfolio structuring will take a longer period of time, and will can expect dynamic changes within it. We are closely watching some IPOs in the region, and we will select the ones, in which to take part, after carefully assessing the companies' fundamental value, and a discount in the issue value as compared with it will be of an utmost importance,” says portfolio manager Nadya Nedelcheva.

Advance IPO gives investors an opportunity to indirectly participate in IPOs on more than 15 markets. The fund is suitable for a large circle of investors, which would not be able to take fill advantage of the IPO segment in Central and Eastern Europe.

Units can be purchased in the offices of Karoll Capital Management. There is no minimum investment requirement, the unit's face value is 1 euro. The fund calculates the issue value and the redemption price twice a week – Monday and Thursday.
