All 2,648,112 shares issued as part of the capital raise operation of Rousse-based Petar Karaminchev were subscribed and paid, x3news reports.

Investors were allowed to subscribe shares in the period January 24 to March 4, 2008.

An open-bid auction for the sale of the unsubscribed rights of the company took place on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 15, 2008. All 57,876 rights offered at the auction were purchased.

Petar Karaminchev raised its capital from 662,000 leva (338,475 euro) to 3.31 million leva (1.69 million euro) through the issuing of 2.648 million new shares.

The issue value of the shares was set at 1.50 leva (0.76 euro) apiece. Thus, the company raised a total of 3.97 million leva on BSE.

Synergon Holding is a major shareholder in Petar Karaminchev with a 60.51-percent stake. Kratos 22 owns 22.99% of the capital of the Rousse-based company.

A total of 27 shares in Petar Karaminchev have been traded so far today at a price of 3 leva (1.53 euro) apiece.
