At an extraordinary general meeting held 28 September shareholders in AutoBohemia (

) decided to delist the company from the public register of the Financial Supervision Commission.

In May Favorit Hold made a tender offer to the rest of shareholders in AutoBohemia at 6 leva/share. A total of 20,498 shares were subject to the offer, no official results have been announced yet. Favorit Hold controlled (directly or via related parties) a total of 1,867,770 shares, or 98.91% of the capital.

AutoBohemia posted H1 profit in the amount of 36,000 leva this year, which is 4,000 leva more than in the respective period a year ago.

The last transaction on the BSE involving the stock was on 14 March at 3.50 leva. Currently there is one bid at 2.45 leva.
