Investors on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) today are focused on the trade in Fund Estates REIT's stock. The interest was prompted by yesterday's news that the the fund may sell one of its buildings.

Trade today kicked off at a level of 0.245 leva per share, but the prices of the stock subsequently dropped do 0.205 leva, which represents an increase of 17% compared to yesterday. The overall turnover on the position exceeded 1 mln. shares as at 11:15 a.m.

BSE's major stock indexes are in positive territory. SOFIX is up by 0.36% to 443.39 points, while BG40 has gained 0.14% to 131.43 points.

Moststroy's stock price went down by 35%, following the company's statement that the Sofia Appeals Court has launched an insolvency procedure. The last traded on the position was executed at a price of 0.24 leva per share.

A total of 200 000 shares in Chimimport were transferred in a single deal at a price of 3.50 leva per share. Further 60,000 shares in Sopharma Trading changed hads at a price of around 1.91 leva apiece.

A total of 50,350 shares in Stara Planina Hold have traded hands so far, 50,000 of which were transferred in a single deal. The price of the stock stands at 3.80 leva per share.

BSE's overall turnover exceeded 1.75 mln. leva as at 11:15 a.m.
