Polish Globe Trade Centre (GTC) has earmarked a total EUR 350 mln euro for the development of business and residential properties in Bulgaria, Balkans.com reported, quoting Dnevnik daily.

GTC completed construction works and plans to open a 37,000 sqm trade center in the southern city of Stara Zagora in Q3. The investment in the facility is estimated at EUR 50m.

The company is working on two other trade centers in the Black Sea cities of Varna (total built-up area of 54,000 sqm and worth 77 mln euro) and Burgas (total built-up area of 53,000 sqm, 75 mln. eiro), which are to be opened next year.

GTC has also bought land plots for the construction of a trade center in the Danube city of Ruse and residential and office areas in the capital city of Sofia but field works have not started yet.
