Balkan AD Lovetch's net non-consolidated profit for 2007 first quarter stands at 224 000 leva which is up from 109 000 in the respective period in 2006. The data comes from the company's 1Q report published by BSE-Sofia.

Net sales revenues are up 39.04% to 3.109 mln leva of which 92.73% come from production sales.

The company's total expenditures for the period amount to 2.87 mln leva in comparison with 2.111 mln leva a year ago.

Towards the end of the period concerned the company's assets stood at 14.195 mln leva against 13.795 mln leva for 2006 1Q.

Balkan has a core capital of 630 000 leva and its shared capital is in the amount of 10.226 mln leva. Napredak Holding AD and Merigold Worldwide Development control 41% and 40.33% of the company's capital respectively.
