Balkan Progetti Management has applied for registration to float shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the bourse said.

The capital of the company amounts to 100,000 leva (409,000 euros), while the issue will be traded under the BPM stock symbol.

Balkan Progetti Management was established in 1992 and its main activities include: distribution and production of chemical raw materials, production of Linear Alkylbenzen Sulphonic Acid (LABSA) and distribution of auto cosmetics and car accessories.

Balkan Progetti Management has the exclusive rights for the distribution of the chemical raw materials of Sasol-Olefins and Surfactant for the Balkan region. The chemicals are used as raw materials for the household and detergent industry, cosmetics, pharmacy, textile and leather industries.

Balkan Progetti Management is Bulgaria’s sole producer of LABSA, which is one of the main components used in the production of detergents and a number of cleaning products.

The company is an exclusive distributor of Arexons S.p.A’s auto cosmetics and car accessories for Bulgaria and Russia.
