The three funds of BenchMark Asset Management – DF BenchMark Fund 1, BenchMark Fund 2, and BenchMark Fund 3, currently control a total of 43.6 mln leva (22.292 mln euros), BSE reports.

Assets of BenchMark Fund 2 currently stand at 36.271 mln leva (18.545 mln euros). 81% of it is invested in shares, of which 12% in REITs, and 19% is in cash or equivalents.

12-months return on investment stood at 108.37%, and 73.18% year-to-date.

The Fund invests primarily in the sectors of finance and machine-building, and in terms of companies – in Monbat, Corporate Commercial Bank, Chimimport, Synergon Holding, and Neochim.

BenchMark Fund 1 manages a total of 5.442 mln leva (2.782 mln euros), and BenchMark Fund 3 – some 1.891 mln leva (966,852 euros). 12-months return stood at 61.99% and 29.87%, respectively.

The company recently announced plans to introduce two new collective investment schemes – a sector mutual fund BenchMark Fund 4 Energetics, and BenchMark Fund Eastern Europe.
