The broad BG40 rocketed 5.95% up to its highest ever – 525.58 points in another strong BSE session.

The blue chips index SOFIX also hit a record at 1893.43, or 1.05% up from yesterday. The new indices BGTR30 and BGTREIT added 1.70% and 0.66% to 1165.79 and 104.24 points, respectively.

BG40 was mainly boosted by the advance on the position of Odessos Ship Repair Yard, where the price jumped 7.17% to 353.28 leva at a turnover of 496 shares.

Orgachim and Fazerles also contributed to the index's record, the stock climbed 3.46% and 2.32%, respectively, to 280.33 leva and 599.79 leva. The Ruse-based paints and lacquers manufacturer also reached a new highest level at 615 leva/share.

It was another excellent day for the stocks of banks. Central Cooperative Bank gained 4.78% to 11.41 leva.

Corporate Commercial Bank added 2.4% to 104.26 leva, the stock reached the record 110 leva at one point.

Synergon Holding advanced 5.58% to an average of 15.90 leva, while its subsidiary Toplivo added 2.53% to 34.85 leva.

It became clear yesterday that Asitrans Asigurari, the Romanian company recently acquired by Eurohold Bulgaria, has purchased a Romanian broker in the filed of mandatory pension insurance. The stock of Eurohold jumped 8.07% to 8.17 leva at a turnover of 62,000 shares today.

Slanchev Briag AD and Polimeni Devnya were among the declining emissions today. The stocks dropped 2% and 1.21%, rspectively, to 24.49 leva and 13.88 leva/share.

BSE's daily turnover stood at nearly 22.8 mln leva (11.657 mln euros).
