Today was another day of increases in the BSE indexes and BG40 reached sixth record level in a row ending at 279.74 points. The bourse’s daily turnover is over 182.5 mln leva mainly due to the active trade with the stock of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company.

A total of 14 928 135 shares changed hands on the position at an average price of 11.25 per share or a total of 167.94 mln leva. The stock added 3.12% for the day and boosted SOFIX since the company’s shares are the main factor in the index calculation.

BG40 added 1.14% today to 279.68 points and SOFIX jumped 1.84% to 1331.12 points. A total of 127 emissions were traded today of which 78 finished on positive territory and 37 on the negative.

A serious gain was reported by Monbat which rose 10.41% to 11.67 leva at a traded volume of 18.7 000 lots. Chimimport gained 4.64% to 11.51 leva and nearly 80 000 shares traded.

Less successful today were Biovet and Petrol who lost 1.18% and 1.04% respectively to 17.61 and 4.75 leva/share.

A total of 47 000 of the shares of Olovno Tsinkov Komplex AD Kardjali changed hands at an average of 43.65 leva/share which is 2.46% down on the position.

Elhim Iskra reported a new record level at 48.999 leva/share. The stock’s average price per share rose 6.79% to 47.84 leva.

Euroins Insurance Company AD added 4.7% to 13.15 leva at a traded volume of 3 149 lots. Bulgarian River Shipping stock gained 3.84% to an average of 192.41 leva. There were some transaction at 215 leva/share.

On the second day of trade with the shares of Kaolin AD a total of 56.5 000 of them changed hands at an average of 14.28.
