Sfilm and Balgarska Zahar were the biggest decliners on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in 2007, according to Profit.bg statistics. Their market value slumped by respectively 86.08% and 73.47% for the 250 trade sessions of 2007.

Number three in the non-prestigious chart is Peshtoremont (-68%), followed by six public companies which lost more than 50% each.

These are Zavodski Stroeji, Interlogic-properties, Nash Dom Bulgaria Holding, MBE-Hitrino station, Sopharma Logistics and Pazardjik BT.

The shares of four other companies fell by more than 40%, and six lost between 30 and 40%.

Pangea, Lotos and Balgarska Roza Sevtopolis managed to stay outside the top 20 in spite of some serious losses during the year.
