Bulgarian Rose-Sevtopolis (

) is planning a capital increase from the current 6.032 mln leva (3.084 mln euros) to 12.07 mln leva (6.171 mln euros) via issue of 6.032 mln shares with a face and issue value of 1 lev.

The company expects to generate a net 6.004 mln leva (3.069 mln euros) from the procedures. The respource will be used to secure financially the 2007 investment program, which requires 7.29 mln leva (3.727 mln euros).

The investment program will also be financed via own resources and/or loan.

The company will invest some 5 mln leva (2.556 mln euros) in new equipment and modernization of facilities.

Sopharma controls 49% of the capital, UFP Doverie and Telso Jsc have 6.26% and 6.61%, respectively. 6,909 shares changed hands today at levels between 3.73 leva and 4.03 leva.
