Trade in the stocks of Mart Bulgaria and Dalia and in the bond issues of Eurobuilding and Doverie Brico will also kick off today.
Mart Bulgaria is a national distributor of fast-moving technological goods. The company has been operating on the market since 2002, having the distribution of cards for prepaid communication services as its main line of business.
Mart Bulgaria operates a network of six offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Haskovo and Veliko Tarnovo. The issue will be traded under the MART stock symbol, while the capital of the company amounts to 1 mln. leva (511,300 euros).
Gabrovo-based Dalia is a furniture manufacturer and seller. The capital of the company stands at 400,000 leva (204,500 euros), while its issue will be traded under the DALIA stock symbol.
The trade in the rights, issued as part of the capital raise of Black Sea Investment REIT from 650,000 to 14.95 mln leva (7.64 mln euros), will also start today. The company has issued a total of 650,000 rights, each allowing the subscription of 22 new shares with 1 leva (0.51 euros) par and issue value.
The general shareholders' meeting of BenchMark Fund Estates REIT isschduled for tomorrow. The shareholders will put to vote the proposal for the distribution of 9.417 mln leva (4.81 mln euros) as dividend, which translates into 0.402548 leva dividend per share.
Investors will be able to subscribe shares, issued as part of the capital increase of Z Properties Investment REIT, until April 16 (Wednesday). The deadline for the subscription of shares, issued in the capital raise of Alfa Wood Bulgaria, is set for April 18 (Friday).
The unused rights, issued as part of the capital raise of Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund Mel Invest REIT, will be auctioned on Friday. The REIT plans to hike its capital from 14.044 mln leva (7.18 mln euros) to 28.089 mln leva (14.35 mln euros).
The SOFIX blue-chip index of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) slipped by 0.30% to 1,199.85 points last week, while the broader BG40 index advanced by 1.76% to 348.99 points in the last five sessions.
