Today (April 29) is the final day for trade in the rights of Alfa Credit REIT, which will allow the shareholders to take part in the forthcoming double capital increase of the company.

The REIT plans to raise its capital from 650,000 leva to 1.3 mln leva through the issuing of 650,000 shares each with 1 leva and 1.16 leva par and issue value, respectively.

Today is also the final day for the subscription of shares issued in the capital raise operation of Bulgaria Reserve Properties REIT. The company is in the process of hiking its capital from 500,000 to 650,000 leva.

The rights of the company were sold in two transactions at a price of 1.3 leva apiece. The total value of the deals stood at 195,000 leva.

The deadline for deals in Trace Group Hold's stock, which will allow the shareholders to exercise their voting rights at the general shareholders' meeting of the company, is also set for today.

The shareholders will put to vote a proposal for the distribution of the profit of the company for 2007, as well as changes allowing the capital of the company to be hiked up to 20-fold over the next five years.

The trade in shares of Medica AD allowing the shareholders to take part in the capital raise of the company and in the distribution of 3 leva gross dividend per share will continue until tomorrow (Wednesday).

The shareholders of the company decided at a general meeting to raise the capital from 335,000 to 10.069 mln leva with own funding. Thus, the shareholders will receive 29 new shares each.

There will be only six trading sessions of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) until May 11.

The SOFIX blue-chip index declined by 1.51% to 1147.84 points last week, while the broader BG40 index lost 1.7% on a weekly basis closing at 333.13 points on Friday.
