The most important events on BSE this week will be the auctions for the unused rights of Advance Equity Holding and Chimimport, scheduled October 2 (Tuesday).

A total of 1.235 mln (10.3%) issued rights of Advance Equity Holding will be offered at the auction.

Advance Equity is planning a capital increase from the current 11.984 mln leva (6.127 mln euros) to 35.983 mln leva (18.397 mln euros). Each right entitles to the subscription of two new shares at a price of 1.08 mln leva.

1.127 mln unused rights of Chimimport will be offered Tuesday.

Chimimport is increasing capital from the current 130 mln leva (66.467 mln euros) to 150 mln leva (76.693 mln euros), by issuing 20 mln new shares. 6.5 rights entitle to the subscription of 1 new share at a price of 11 leva.

October 3 (Wednesday) is the final date for trade with the shares of the company as a result of which the holder will be entitled to voting right at the forthcoming general meeting.

Shareholders in Formoplast Kardjali will vote a proposal for capital increase from 223,465 leva (114,255 euros) to 3,798,905 leva (1,942,349 euros) via the issuance of 3,575,440 new registered, non-preferred, paperless, voting shares.

If the proposal is approved each stockholder shall receive 16 new shares for free to every 1 share they hold.

The general meeting of Asenova Krepost is scheduled Friday (5 October).

Shareholders will elect a new member of the Supervisory Board of Lukoil Garanat Bulgaria and will discuss the establishment of an enterprise as security, pursuant to a contract with Bulgarian Post Bank for a credit in the amount of 3 mln leva dated 11 March 2005.

Last week BG40 added 6% to 538.42, and SOFIX climbed 3.27% to 1849.69 points.
