1.4 mln shares, or 28% of the capital of Etropal JSC-Etro Pole will be offered at a closed mixed auction on the stock exchange today (November 19). The minimum price per share has been set at 7.95 leva.

Eurohold Bulgaria intends to keep its majority stake in the company and will not sell shares for lock-up period of 12 months. Etropal is a leading manufacturer of single use medical supplies.

A total of 99.75% of the 300,000 shares offered by Hydroizomat were sold at the auction held Friday on BSE. The unsold 759 shares will be offered in the days through November 22 (Thursday).

The shares changed hands in a total of 148 transactions at levels between 10.02 and 13.50 leva.

The General Meeting of Doverie United Holding will take place today (November 19). Shareholders will vote a proposal for a capital increase from 13.149 mln leva (6.722 mln euros) to 14.026 mln leva (7.171 mln euros).

The rights of three public companies, currently in the process of capital increase will be traded on the stock exchange through Tuesday (November 20). These are Balgarska Roza Sevtopolis, Holding Varna A, and Holding Nov Vek.

Secondary trade with rights of Efekten Und Finanz – Properties REIT and Ulpina REIT, issued in the initial capital increase of both companies, will continue through November 23 and November 29, respectively.

Auctions for unused rights issued in the capital increase of Industrial holding Bulgaria and Central Cooperative Bank will also be held Tomorrow (November 20).

The final date for transacting the shares of Holding Patishta, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to exercise voting right at the forthcoming general meeting of shareholders is November 23.

The GM will be voting a proposal for a 1:25 split.

The public offering of stakes in Advance IPO Fund also starts Friday (November 23). Advance IPO Fund is the newest collective scheme managed by Karoll Capital Management. The fund has an unique focus – investment in initial public offerings in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

The last round table with companies in South East Bulgaria will be held on Friday. The last business day of the week is also the final date, on which shareholders in BTC can accept the tender offer, which is at 11.30 leva/share.

Last week BG40 dropped 3.61% to 541.90 points, while SOFIX lost 4.04% to 1749.65.
