The company will increase capital from 650,000 leva (332,339 euros) to 6.5 mln leva (3.323 mln euros) by issuing 5.85 mln shares. Each right entitles to the subscription of nine new shares at a face and issue value of 1 lev.
The general meeting of shareholders in South Industrial Park is also scheduled Monday (24 September). Shareholders will discuss a proposal for the sale of properties at a price tag of no less than 18 mln leva in total to Kremikovtzi AD or another buyer.
Two companies will start dividend payment on 2006 income this week. These are Bulgartabak Holding and Nash Dom Bulgaria.
Shareholders in Nash Dom Bulgaria will receive 0.064 leva net dividend per share, and the tobacco holding will be distributing 2.446 leva net dividend.
The general meeting of Sila Holding is appointed Wednesday (26 September). Shareholders will vote a proposal for capital increase from 90,886 leva ( 46,469 euros) to 2,090,378 leva (1,068,793 euros) by issuing 1,999,492 shares with a face value and issue value of 1 lev each.
Wednesday is also the final date for trade with the shares of Maritzatex and Gamacabel entitling the holder to voting rights at the forthcoming GMs of the companies.
Maritzatex is planning a capital increase from 468,921 leva to 937,842 leva by issuing 468,921 shares with a face value of 1 lev and issue value of 5 leva. Shareholders in Gamacabel will discuss application for a credit in the amount of up to 10 mln euros.
The general meeting of shareholders in Slanchev Briag will be held this Friday. Stockholders will discuss sale of infrastructure, including pavements, streets, alleys, lights, water pipes, etc.
The properties will be sold in one or several deals between Slanchev Briag AD and the municipality of Nessebar at a price tag of 38,056,140 leva, or 19,457,795 euros (VAT not included).
