The general meeting held October 9 set the minimum issuing value per share at 2.20 leva.
Shares issued in the capital increases of Unimash Corporation and Formolpast Jsc will be floated on the stock exchange Tuesday (January 22). Both companies increased capital using own means. The hikes are, respectively, from 389,984 leva and 2,339,904 leva (1,196,373 euros), and from 223,000 leva to 3.799 mln leva (1.942 mln euros). Unimash shareholders received 5 new shares for free and Formoplast's shareholders were given 16 new shares each.
Secondary trade with the issues of CBA Asset Management and Enemona Jsc starts January 23. Both companies filed IPOs at the end of 2007.
The stock issued in the initial capital increase if City Development REIT and in the SPO of Stock Plus will also be floated January 23.
Investors will be able to submit orders for the IPO of Herti Jsc on Friday (January 25).
Herti offers 3 mln new shares and up to 1.4 mln existing shares with a face value of 1 lev and minimum issuing price of 3.10 leva. If all shares are subscribed the company may raise capital to up to 15 mln leva, 7.669 mln euros (the face value of shares being 1 lev).
BSE's weekly turnover between January 14 – 18 came to 94.265 mln leva (48.708 mln euros) after 16,694 transactions took place.
