The Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) is in for an eventful week, which will start with a general shareholders' meeting of Todoroff winery. Profit.bg's readers will be informed on the the decision taken at the meeting shortly after its end.

Tuesday is the last day for sealing deals in the stocks of Sopharma and Bulgartabac Holding, which will grant shareholders dividend rights. The last day for such deals in stocks of Unipack, Transinvestment REIT, Mart Bulgaria, Torgotherm, Intercapital Property Development REIT and Sopharma Estates REIT is set for Wednesday.

Sopharma and Bulgartabac will distribute 0.0475 and 0.72 leva net dividend per share, respectively. Unipack and Kaolin shareholders on record as at July 9 will receive 0.20 and 0.30 leva dividend per share, respectively, while the shareholders of Transinvestment, Intercapital Property Development and Sopharma Estates will receive 0.16, 1.50 and 0.06 leva gross dividend per share.

Torgotherm and Mart Bulgaria, one of the most recently listed companies on BSE will distribute 0.307 and 0.033 leva dividend per share, respectively.

Tuesday (July 8) and Wednesday (July 9) are the last days for th sealing of deals in Moststroy and Holding Roads, which will enable the shareholders in the two companies to receive 4 and 70 new shares, perspectively, for each existing share.

The trade in the shares issued as part of the capital increase operation of Medica and Doverie United Holding will kick off on Wednedsay. Herti's stock will also be traded on BSE as of Wednesday after the company completed an IPO.

The starting date for the trade in the stocks of two special purpose vehicles is set for July 9. These are Agroenergy REIT and Ulpina REIT, which expect to raise their capital from 500,000 leva to 18.5 mln leva and 650,000 levа, respectively.

Shareholders in Sparky, Albena Invest Holding, Synergon Holding, Zlaten Lev Holding, Druzhba Staklarski Zavodi, Bulgaria-29, Astera Cosmetics, Etropal and Slancho who are on record as at July 10 (Thursday) will be entitled to dividend.

The shareholders of Sparky and Albena Invest Holding decided to distribute 0.30 and 0.25 leva dividend per share, respectively, while Synergon Holding and Slancho will pay 0.08 and 0.10 leva gross dividend per share, respectively.

The shareholders of Zlaten Lev and Bulgaria-29 will receive 0.10 and 0.30 leva dividend per share, while Astera Cosmetics will pay 0.825 leva gross dividend per share. Each shareholders in Druzhba Staklarski Zavodi will be paid 2.44 leva dividend per share, while Etropal and Slancho will distribute 0.21 and 0.10 leva gross dividend per share, respectively.

Thursday is the last day for the acquisition of stock in Billboard, which will grant shareholders new shares free of charge. The company will raise its capital from 7.5 mln leva to 15 mln leva with own funding.

Several shareholders' meeting have also been scheduled for this week. The shareholders of Rozachim will put to vote a proposal for the increase of the capital of the company with own funding. The shareholders of Lead & Zinc Complex will decide on Thursday on the merger with Gorubso-Madan.

The shareholders of Chugunoleene will put to vote a proposal for the profit of the company for 2007 to be allocated to the Reserves Fund.

The SOFIX blue-chip index lost 2.34% last week, dropping to 1,114.76 points, while the broader BG40 index shed 3.12%, to 297.03 points. BSE's overall trading turnover amounted to 21.6 mln leva in the last five sessions.
