“If everything goes according to plan I think we can list Stock Plus on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and increase company capital by the end of the year,” says Vladislav Panev, member of the management board and shareholder in Stock Plus. The SPO prospectus was filed with the Financial Supervision Commission on September 28 and the regulator's opinion is expected by end of October.

“ We intend to list the company after we increase capital by 20%,” Panev also added. The first investment using the funds will be in the 1,700 decares land plots the company owns in the regions of Veliko Tarnovo and Elin Pelin.

As far as the company's future, possible liquidation, or extension of its investments activity are concerned, Panev said it all depends on the market conjuncture. “If our land plots enter into exploitation and if we manage to implement our investment plans, the company may be liquidated.”

“We have been discussing that we might keep the company running in case we acquire new land in affordable deals, ” he added.

Stock Plus has a capital in the amount of 4.809 mln leva (2.458 mln euros), according to APIS. Other shareholders besides Vladislav Panev are Borislav Hristov (10.93%), Iliyan Iliev (11.11%), Krasimir Panev (16.67%), Sevdalin Rusanov (16.67%), Sonya Nacheva (11.11%), and Tsvetanka Hristova (0.19%).
