CB Central Cooperative Bank AD-Sofia will hold a general meeting of its shareholders on 29 June 2007 which is expected to vote a proposal to increase the company’s capital (72,760,779 leva) to between 84,887,576 leva and 145,521,558 leva, for the issuance of new ordinary paperless shares with a face value of 1 lev each, BSE announced.

The general meeting is also expected to authorize the company’s management board to fix the issue vale of one share from the new issue. The issue’s floor has been set at 12,126,797 shares and its maximum has been set at 72,760,779 leva.

All persons, who have acquired shares of CB Central Cooperative Bank AD-sofia up to 14 days after the company’s general meeting, which decided to increase the capital, have the right to take part in the capital increase.

Shareholders are also scheduled to vote a proposal to allocate the company’s 12,013,011.14 leva profit to the “Reserves” fund.

In case no quorum is present at the meeting, it is to be rescheduled for 16 Jule 2007 at 10.00h, same place, same agenda.

The final date for transacting the shares of the company as a result of which the holder will be able to exercise their voting rights at the forthcoming General Meeting is 13 June 2007.

More than 1 mln shares of Central Cooperative Bank changed hands today at an average price of 7.80 leva/share up 1.17% from the previous session.
