Bulgaria's Central Depository registered last week the changes in the capital of five companies, which carried out capital raise operations. These included: Mekom, Herti, Doverie United Holding, Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund Mel Invest REIT and Alfa Wood Bulgaria.

Mekom raised its capital from 53.41 mln leva (27.3 mln euros) to 56 mln leva (28.63 mln euros) allocated in as many shares. Mekom planned an initial public offering of shares in the period January 21-23.

The company postponed the IPO by 44 days due to the volatile market conditions. Mekom planned to offer up to 10.68 mln new shares with 2.2 leva minimum issue price apiece.

Herti's capital was raised from 12 mln (6.13 mln euros) leva to 12.014 mln leva (6.14 mln euros). The shares have 1 lev par value each.

Herti's public offering took place on January 25. The company planned to hike its capital from 12 mln leva to 15 mln leva (7.67 mln euros) through the issuing of 3 mln new shares. Investors subscribed a total of 13,797 shares with 3.1 leva issue value each.

The Central Depository also registered the changes in the capital of Doverie United Holding, which was raised from 13.15 mln leva (6.72 mln euros) to 14.01 mln leva (7.16 mln euros).

A total of 856,245 new shares with 12 leva issue value each were subscribed and paid. Sopharma subscribed a total of 512,713 shares worth 6.15 mln leva (3.14 mln euros).

Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund Mel Invest REIT raised its capital from 14.04 mln leva (7.17 mln euros) to 27.96 mln leva (14.29 mln euros) divided in as many shares.

The deadline for the subscription of new shares, issued as part of the capital raise operation of the REIT, expired on May 10. Investors subscribed a total of 13.92 mln shares with 1 and 1.10 leva par and issue value, respectively. The company raised a total of 15.31 mln leva (7.82 mln euros) from the capital increase.

The Central Depository also registered the change in the capital of Alfa Wood Bulgaria. As a result the issued capital of the company went up from 206,870 leva (105,770 euros) to 610,610 leva (313,000 euros).

Alfa Wood Bulgaria completed successfully its capital raise operation on April 18. A total of 403,740 shares, accounting for 97.58% percent of the total number of shares offered, were subscribed and paid.

The company raised a total of 12.11 mln leva (6.19 mln euros) from the capital increase. The new shares were subscribed by one individual and six legal entities.
