Mutual fund CCB Fund Shares has been registered with Central Depository, the institution informs in its weekly bulletin.

The fund is set up and managed by CCB Asset Management Jsc. Main shareholders are Corporate Commercial Bank, which controls 51% of the capital, Terajuni (16.33%), Orlin Rusev (16.34%) and Trayan Karshutski (16.33%).

CCB Asset Management also has plans of launching another fund – CCB Balanced Fund.

“Units will be offered starting May 7 (Wednesday)”, Dimitar Vartigov, investment banking director told Profit.bg.

Corporate Commercial Bank Jsc expects to post net profit in the amount of 39.236 million leva (20.06 mln euros) this year, which is 1.3 mln above the prognosis in its IPO prospectus. The bank also expects its income to surge to 57.168 mln leva (29.2 mln euros) in 2009.

Assets are projected to grow to 1.975 bln leva by end of the year, which exceeds the prognosis in the prospectus by some 277 mln leva.

There have been no transactions involving the bank's shares on BSE so far this morning, bids and asks are at 85 and 85.95 leva a piece.
