Three new Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) have been registered with Central Depository in the past month, the institution's weekly bulletin reveals. These are Turin Properties, Sopharma Buildings and City Developments.

Major shareholder in Turin Properties (with 50% of shares) is Elite AD, controlled by Dimitar Lukanov and Lukan Lukanov. Elana High-Yield Fund has 30%, while Lukan Lukanov and Dimitar Lukanov have 15% and 5%, according to APIS.

ID Nadejda and Ognyan Donev are the largest shareholders in Sopharma Buildings with 30% and 24%, respectively, while Ventsislav Stoev has 24%, Sopharma AD controls 10%, and Telecomplect and Donev Investments have 6% each.

70% of City Properties' capital is controlled by Transstroy Burgas, and DF TBI Dynamic and TBI Asset Mnagement have 15% each.

A total of 45 real estate investment trusts (REITs) are traded on the Bulgaria Stock Exchange.
