The capital increase subscription of Chimimport (

) was completed October 17, the company told BSE in an official statement.

A total of 19,999,984 shares were subscribed and paid at an issue value of 11 leva, which means the company generated 219,999,824 leva (112.484 mln euros).

The subscription started September 10 and attracted a lot of interest from both local and foreign investors. This is also proved by the fact that there was a 6 (six) times oversubscription at the auction for unused rights.

Chimimport is increasing its core capital from the current 130 mln leva (66.467 mln euros) to 150 mln leva (76.693 mln euros).

The holding posted a consolidated profit in the amount of 60.4 mln leva (30.882 mln euros) in 2007 H1, versus 2.96 mln leva (1.513 mln euros) a year ago.

Main shareholder is Chimimport Invest AD with 64.26% of capital.

The shares ended yesterday's trade at 16.90 leva.
