Profit results from positive differences from operations with financial instruments, which came to 56.5 mln leva (28.887 mln euros), versus 71,000 leva (36,301 euros) a year ago.
Negative difference from operations with financial instruments stand at 5.69 mln leva (2.909 mln euros), against 108,000 leva (55,219 euros) a year ago.
Revenues from core activity fell from 14.24 mln leva (7.280 mln euros) to 4.58 mln leva (2.341 mln euros), while operating costs grew from 3.18 mln leva (1.625 mln euros) to 5.14 mln leva (2.628 mln euros).
The company has a core capital in the amount of 130 mln leva (66.467 mln euros), and own capital at 286.25 mln leva (146.357 mln euros), the report reveals. Assets have grown 67% year to date and currently stand at 523.34 mln leva (267.579 mln euros).
On October 22 Sofia City Court registered the company's capital increase from 130 mln leva (66.467 mln euros) to 149,999,984 mln leva (76,693,773 euros) by issue of 19,999,984 new paperless, common shares with a face value of 1 lev.
With issue value of 11 leva per new share, the company generates 219,999,824 leva (112,484,123 euros) via capital increase.
Chimimport Invest AD is main shareholder with 64.26% of the capital.
The stock has added 0.78% to 16.89 leva.
