Chimimport Jsc has sold 23.07% in the capital of CCB Real Estate Fund REIT and in Capital Management REIT, Central Depository reveals.

The transactions were made during BSE's trading session on June 27. The prices were 57.10 leva/share and 51.10 leva/share respectively.

The buyer of the 150,000 shares in CCB Real Estate Fund REIT is Technoimportexport Jsc, which paid a total of 8.565 mln leva (4.37 mln euros).

The buyer of 150,000 shares in Capital Management is Bulgarian Mills and the price tag of the deal is 7.665 mln leva (3.91 mln euros).

Chimimport Jsc bought the stakes in the two REITs from Central Cooperative Bank at the beginning of 2007 paying 525,000 leva for each.

The holding saw its consolidated profit grow 42.4% in Q1 to 32.3 mln leva (16.5 mln euors), or 0.215 leva/share, against 22.62 mln leva (11.56 mln euros), or 0.15 leva/share a year ago.

The stock is traded at 8.50-8.60 leva/share early this morning.
