Chimimport's non-consolidated profit reached 83.344 mln leva (42.613 mln euros), or 0.556 leva per share, which is a 2.85 times increase versus previous year when profit stood at 29.236 mln leva (14.948 mln euros).

The net result from operations with financial instruments came to 77.37 mln leva, and that from
currency rate changes to a little over a million. Revenue from interests amounted to 8 mln leva and interests paid by the company stood at 2.88 mln.

Last year the holding increased capital to 150 mln leva (76.693 mln euros) via issue of 20 mln shares with an issuing price of 11 leva each.

Main shareholders are Chimimport Invest Jsc with 64.26% and Julius Baer International Equity Fund with 8.39%.

Chimimport controls 57.78% of the capital of Zarneni Harni Bulgaria.

Zarneni Harni Bulgaria was established last year following a merger between Slanchevi Lachi Bulgaria, Zarneni Hrani Valchi Dol, BEK International and five other enterprises controlled by Chimimport's group.

In December Chimimport sold 25% of the capital of Zarneni Hrani for a total of 190 mln leva (97.145 mln euros).

So far this morning on the BSE shares are falling 0.88% to an average of 10.53 leva.
