Corporate Commercial Bank (Corpbank) will become one of the founders of Fara Consult with a 25-percent stake of the 15,000 leva capital of the new company, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) said.

The decision was taken at meeting of the Management Board of the bank held on March 4.

Corpbank will hold 375 shares in Fara Consult with 10 leva par value each. The total value of the stake will amount to 3,750 leva.

Corpbank is one of the new components of BSE's SOFIX blue-chip index. Other new members of the index include First Investment Bank, Lead & Zinc Complex and Holding Patishta. Petrol is no longer included in the calculation of the index.

Corpbank's stock depreciated by 0.3% to and average of 90.89 leva per share on Thursday. As at the moment the number of sells on the position exceeds almost twofold the number of buys.
