Corporate Commercial Bank (

) expects this year's net profit to reach 39.236 mln leva (20.061 mln euros), which is 1.3 mln leva above the prognosis the bank had filed in its IPO prospectus. 2009 profit is projected at 57.168 mln leva (29.229 mln euros).

According to latest prognoses, assets will reach 1.975 bln leva (1.009 bln euros) by end of 2008, which exceeds the figures stated in the prospectus by 277 mln leva.

The correction of the prognoses was made with regards to the bank's rapid development and overperformance compared with the market as a whole.

The banks ambitions are supported by its good results, expanding market share, responsible relations with clients, partners and regulatory bodies, as well as its popularity and transparency pf procedures.

The bank posted January profit at 4.084 mln leva (2.088 mln euros).

3,340 shares changed hands today on BSE at an average of 90.91 leva.
