Darvoobrabotvane BT is exporting a little over 80% of its production but the company's revenues are not dependent on currency exchange rates as the contracts are in BGN or EUR.

2007 net profit amounted to 847,000 leva against 338,000 leva in 2006. Net sales revenues are down from 11.285 mln leva (5.7 mln euros) to 9.71 mln leva (4.9 mln euros).

The company's core capital last year stood at 3.315 mln leva (1.6 mln euros) and equity capital amounted to 6.986 mln leva (3.5 mln euros).

Last year shareholders decided to raise the capital from by 1.104 mln leva – from 3.314 mln to 4.418 mln leva, 2.25 mln euros (by 25%).

Darvoobrabotvane intends to IPO 1.104 million new shares, but investors interest is string, the company will offer existing shares as well, which means the free-float may reach 48%.

2008 revenues are estimated at 18.47 mln leva (9.4 mln euros). The company expects the figure to reach 21.85 mln leva (11.1 mln euros) a year later. Net profit is seen at 2.451 mln leva (1.2 mln euros) and 2009 profit at 3.161 mln leva (1.6 mln euros).
