Doverie United Holding (

) has acquired 18,000 shares in Health Insurance Fund Medico 21, accounting for 90% of the capital of the company, x3news.com reported.

This is Doverie United Holding's second acquisition in the recent days. The company raised its stake in Hydroizomat (

) in a transaction that took place on March 17.

Doverie purchased 47,000 shares in Hydroizomat, raising its directly owned stake in the company to 10.61%.

Doverie United Holding's entire stake in Hydroizomat, held either directly or through connected persons, remains unchanged at 56.04%. The value of the deal, sealed on March 17, amounts to 493,450 leva, which translates into 10.499 leva per share.

The auction for the sale of the unused rights issued as part of the capital raise operation of Doverie United Holding took place last Tuesday. The company managed to sell all 8.295 mln unused rights in 18 transactions.

Fifteen rights allow the subscription of one one new share at 12 leva issue value. The deadline for the subscription of the shares in the capital increase is set for April 2.

Doverie United Holding plans to hike its capital from 13.15 mln to 14.03 mln leva. The capital raise will be successful only if at least 701,325 new shares get subscribed and paid.
