The inclusion of two new issues on the agenda of the forthcoming General Meeting of Shareholders of Elhim Iskra on 22 May 2007 was made. It was demanded by Stara Planina Hold AD-Sofia (which has the right to such demands since it has been a shareholder owning more than 5 % of the company’s capital for more than 3 months) and was approved by the District Court of Pazardjik on May 9, 2007.

The first issue is voting of the proposal to increase the company’s capital from 836 947 leva to 12 554 205 leva through the issuance of 11 717 258 common, dematerialized, registered voting shares.

Thus, for each share owned prior to the capital increase, each shareholder shall receive 14 new shares for free.

The second proposal is for amendments in the Statute of the company as a result of the capital increase.

Shareholders will also vote profit allocation for 2006 and will accept the reports of the certified accountant and the Investors Relations Director.

Elhim Iskra reported 172 000 profit for 2007 first quarter against 82 000 for the respective period last year.

Stara Planina Hold controls 51.4% of the company’s capital and CSP Fund Managers Ltd and Rolet EOOD own 16.55% and 9.31 % respectively. 800 of the company’s shares were sold today at levels ranging between 28.00 and 32.10 leva/share.
