Enemona filed its IPO prospectus with the Financial Supervision Commission today, Prokopi Prokopiev, Corporate Strategy director told Profit.bg today. “The issue will consist of 2 mln shares, which will represent 16% of the increased capital,” he explained.

In his opinion Enemona's IPO may take place in the beginning of December.

The company announced the launching of several new projects in the past one month. Enemona will invest in the construction of a TPP (thermal electric power plant) in Nikopol that will cost some 70 mln leva (35.790 mln euros).

The company will also build two water processing plants - in Kozloduy and in Haskovo. The facility in Kozloduy will cost 7.5 mln leva (3.834 mln euros) and will be financed by the state Enterprise for Management of Environmental Protection Activities (EMEPA).

The project in Haskovo will require 6.5 mln leva (3.323 mln euros) and will also be sponsored by the state Enterprise for Management of Environmental Protection Activities (EMEPA).

Other projects developed by the company are: modernization of 5th and 6th unit of NPP Kozloduy, some projects on the territory of TPP Maritza Iztok-2 and Maritza Izto-3, projects on the territory of Sofia Airport, the Kremikovtzi Plant, Sofia Law Court, Kumerio Med in Pirdop, etc.

The company is also working on projects for the construction of commercial centers, administrative and residential buildings in Germany – in the cities of Berlin, Essen, Dresden, Munich, Frankfurt on Maine, and Walzburg.
