Enemona's (

) net non-consolidated profit for 2007 rises 76% y/y to 7.706 mln leva (3.940 mln euros), the company's financial report revealed.

Revenues surged 33% to 74.436 mln leva (38.085 mln euros), which is mainly due to a 32% hike in sales revenues to 17.776 mln leva (9.088 mln euros).

At the end of 2007 non-consolidated assets stood at 102.534 mln leva (52.424 mln euros) and own capital amounted to 59.197 mln leva (30.266 mln euros). The company's total liquidity reaches 5.11.

On January 26 Enemona filed an IPO placing 2 mln new shares at an issuing price of 16.80 leva each. As a result, the core capital was raised to 11,933,600 leva (6.101 mln euros).

At the end of September 2007 the Council of Ministers gave Enemona authorization to explore the region of Momin Brod for mineral resources. The company will invest a little over 90 mln leva in this activity.

Last year Enemona signed several important contracts in the field of conventional energy with TPP Maritza Iztok-2, Maritza Iztok -3. It is also working on a 3.85 mln leva project in Kozloduy NPP.

The construction of an administrative and residential building in Manastirksi Livadi Iztok area of Sofia is almost completed. The project's implementation consumed almost 5 mln leva. The luxurious building has seven floors and two sub-levels.

Shares were traded at an average of 17.32 leva today which value the company at nearly 207 mln leva (105.83 mln euros).
