Energoremont Holding AD posted a consolidated profit of 63,000 leva in the first quarter of the year compared to 404,000 leva a year ago, the company’s financial report published by BSE-Sofia shows.

Total revenues were up 67% to 5.06 mln leva from 3.04 mln leva in the same period last year. Costs increased 90% to 2.63 mln leva to 5 mln leva.

The core capital of the holding is 349,000 leva, and its own capital amounts to 7.17 mln leva.

The consolidation includes the subsidiaries Energoremont Galabovo AD, Energoremont Varna AD, Energoremont Ruse AD, Energoremont Bobov Dol AD, CERB Sofia AD, Techenergo AD, Totema EOOD, Energoremont Radenov EOOD, Incom-2003 EOOD and Energoremont MK EOOD.

The main shareholders of the company are Milenia 77 EOOD with 33.46% of its capital, Conventional Energy Systems AD with 32.39%, and Bulgarian Energy – 31.73%.

On 30 May 2007 the holding’s general meeting of shareholders approved a proposal to increase the company’s capital from 349,340 leva to 3,842,740 leva using own funds.
