At a meeting today the Financial Supervision Commission has regisered the capital increase of Eurohold Bulgaria.

The holding increased capital from 50.003 mln leva (25.566 mln euros) to 62.498 mln leva (31.954 mln euros) via the issuance of 12.495 mln registered, paperless, voting shares with a face value of 1 lev.

Eurohold raised a total of 41.86 mln leva (21.402 mln euros) in the capital increase and will use the funds in four main areas – to increase the capital of its subsidiaries, to expand the activity of Euroins by introducing it to the matkets of 8 European countries, to acquire new companies, and to build new sales and service centers.

In 2007 1Q Eurohold Bulgaria posted net profit in the amount of 2.504 mln leva (1.280 mln euros) and revenues at 39.569 mln leva (20.231 mln euros). Bulgarian Holding Corporation AD controls 64% of the company's capital.

40,931 Eurohold shares changed hands in 116 transactins today at prices ranging between 5.25 leva and 5.40 leva.
