Eurohold Bulgaria (

) acquired 85,842 shares, or 38.41% of the capital of Formoplast (

) in two transactions on a block segment today, BSE reports.

The seller of 31.28% of the capital is Formoplast 98 AD, and the other 7.13% come from Starcom Consult AD.

The deals increased Eurohold Bulgaria's stake in the company to 87.28%, which makes a tender offer to the rest of shareholders very likely.

Formoplast posted a loss to the amount of 111,000 leva (56,753 euros) in H1, compared with 219,000 leva (111,972 euros) a year ago. The company has a core capital of 223,000 leva (114,018 euros) and own capital at 6.295 mln leva (3.218 mln euros).

Eurohold Bulgaria holds stakes in 19 subsidiaries, 2 affiliated companies, and 3 other enterprises. Recently, the holding also acquired a majority stake in a Romanian insurer.

Eurohold Bulgaria posted pre-tax profit in the amount of 3.451 mln leva (1.764 mln euros) in H1. Stock was traded at prices between 5.83-6.06 leva today, while there were no transactions involving the shares of Formoplast.
