Eurohold Bulgaria Raises Stake In Euroins Romania To 85%
On November 14 Eurohold Bulgaria completed the procedures increasing its the stake in Euroins Romania.
After participating in the 100% capital increase of the Romanian company, Eurohodl Bulgaria JSC acquired shares from other stockholders.
Currently the Bulgarian company owns 84.7% of the Romanian enterprise, whose capital stands at 24,200,000 Romanian lei, fully deposited by shareholders.
At the beginning of the week Eurohold Bulgaria also announced the acquisition of 49.82% of the capital of Plasthim-T – the biggest producer of BOPP foil and polypropylene pipes on The Balkan peninsula.
Next week the holding will offer 1.4 mln shares, or 28% of the capital of Etropal JSC at an auction. The minimum price has been set at 7.95 leva/share.
1,990 shares have changed hands so far this morning at 7.30 leva.
