Consolidated revenues of Eurohold Bulgaria come to 91.36 mln leva year to date, and profit is in the amount of 6.211 mln leva, the company announced.

A comparison with previous years cannot be made as the company was founded 1 October 2006.

Eurohold H1 revenues exceed the 2006 H1 revenues of its subsidiaries by 68.47%, and profit is 154.34% up.

Capital has increased to 115.1 mln leva in comparison with 64.18 mln leva at the end of 2006. Assets grew 54% from 171.875 mln leva to 264.362 mln leva.

The biggest part of the income comes from the Financial Sector and the Automobile Sector – 40.988 mln leva and 39.173 mln leva respectively.

The financial results of the newly acquired Asitrans Asigurari and Asitrans Lizing are not included in the consolidated report as the takeover deal was finalized after the end of the period.

The company increased capital from 50 000 leva to 62 500 leva by issuing 12.5 mln new shares in H1.

5650 shares have changed hands on the position so far on the BSE, at levels ranging from 6.49 leva and 6.70 leva per share.
